In 1995 an incident shocked the community. 14 year old Michael McCluskey tragically lost his parents and younger brother in a house fire which he claimed to escape from the second story window. Soon, suspicion turned toward Michael who was eventually tried for murder. Now 26 years later we dig into the the story with one of the journalist who covered the trial. Chris and Travis are Joined by Nancy Benz; Assistant Curator of Collections and Exhibits at the Quincy Museum, as well as author of the blog #TrackingHistory to discuss the curious case of Freddie Lieb, a 5 year old that was allegedly kidnapped in 1871 without a trace...only to possibly resurface more than fifty years after his alleged kidnapping.
